we also have many clients who take advantage
of our Support and Maintenance Agreements that
provide regular service of all IT equipment,
with an eight hour maximum response time (although
we generally are able to respond immediately),
remote access support and a telephone helpdesk
all for one quarterly charge.
We fit in with your business; if you are looking
for continuing maintenance, we can tailor our
support to meet your requirements.
If you prefer the freedom to pick and choose,
we can do that too. Many smaller customers take
advantage of our call-out services when things
either go wrong, need replacing or perhaps expanding.
